Oct–Dec 2025 Europe Roundup: Cleanups, Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education Initiatives

Across Q4 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology social programmes carried out multiple local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup covered local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside fact-based drug-prevention education and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.

Organisers cited initiatives across several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular news eu vote moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone.
